Bounty & Soul is a community-based non-profit with a mission connecting, sharing, and celebrating nutritious food, education, and community!
Each week we incorporate a healthy Cooking Demo as part of the market experience, spotlighting specific produce items we have an abundance of and providing inspiration for what folks can create with the bounty. We're seeking as-needed support on the front end with Recipe Prep + Creation at the Bounty & Soul office as well as Leading Cooking Demos + Sharing Samples at our weekly healthy food markets.

Bounty & Soul is a Black Mountain-based nonprofit that connects, shares, and celebrates nutritious food, education, and community. We host weekly FREE, fresh produce markets paired with nutrition and wellness education and resources for adults and children as well as accessible yoga and Zumba classes. We are dedicated to creating communities where everyone has the right and opportunity to eat well, be nourished, and thrive.
