Heartland Hospice is looking for people who have a little extra time and a lot of heart!
We are a dedicated team that focuses on enhancing the quality of life by providing comfort care as well as spiritual, social and emotional support to patients in the final phase of a terminal illness.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with administrative tasks in the office - filings, mailings, and assisting with projects and events. If you have some free time and enjoy detail-oriented tasks, and helping with fun projects come join our team.
Every volunteer receives free and comprehensive training before being assigned a volunteer job. There are also legal requirements including a a current drivers license, background checks, and drug screenings.
