The weekly volunteer grocery distribution team supports APAH’s Resident Services Staff in executing a weekly AFAC grocery distribution that serves residents living at multiple APAH rental communities.
Requirements: Includes walking, standing, indoor and outdoor socially-distanced work, loading and unloading crates and boxes, sorting and packing groceries, line management, food distribution and some doorstep deliveries. Includes entering apartment buildings, knock and deliver, may be climbing steps or using an elevator, depending on where deliveries are needed.

True Ground Housing Parnters is a private, nonprofit housing organization founded in 1989 dedicated to providing affordable rental homes in DMV area. We also provide educational, employment, financial and recreational programs for the adults and children living in True Ground properties, as well as emergency rental assistance.
