Shield and motto

You've seen them on TV - you know, those people that help others after tornados, or other disasters. Have you always wondered how to become one of them? It takes a little training, and then you too can be a disaster responder! Serving survivors and first responders (and others) after a disaster can be the most rewarding volunteer service you experience. The Salvation Army provides food services, crisis management, Emotional & Spiritual Care and other services after a disaster. Some disaster response is local during the day, and some response can be in neighboring states and could be a 2 week deployment. If this interests you, please respond today.
