Our Blood Donor Ambassadors provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. They also help maintain safety at our blood drives by following enhanced precautions such as screening temperatures of all presenting donors upon arrival and sanitizing entrance, registration and hospitality areas. They also engage with blood donors to make the donation experience fulfilling and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Understand the American Red Cross core mission, vision and values, and represent these values through the delivery of excellent customer service.
