If you are a student looking for an opportunity to obtain volunteer service hours, build your resume and help others at the same time, we want you! You will gain great experience visiting patients or helping in our office with filing, copying, putting together packets, data entry, help with mailings, or assisting with special projects/events! Volunteers must be 18 years old, pass a background check and have a TB test in order to visit patients.

Description
Join our volunteer program and make a difference in someone's life!!! We have training programs established to ensure that every volunteer has the necessary support and knowledge to help our patients and families. Tasks may include but not limited to: Provide companionship, Read books or news, Celebrate holidays, Help with light housekeeping, Make phone calls or write letters, Provide emotional/spiritual support, Sit with patients to relive caregivers, Help with bereavement, Administrative work in the office, or Utilizing a volunteers specific talents!!!
