Opportunity Description: A SCORE virtual business mentor provides free business advice and education to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners through email, phone, or video chat.

As a virtual business mentor, you will have the opportunity to support your local community by providing assistance to small business owners who have been drastically impacted by the Coronavirus crisis. Business owners are facing uncertainty and confusion while trying to protect their businesses. By being a virtual business mentor you can help clients pivot their business offerings if needed, make businesses more efficient, direct them to funding resources, assess business plans, and more through remote mentoring sessions.

The ideal mentor is empathetic, flexible, and loves connecting people to the right resources. Mentors often have significant experience within their field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to dedicate a few hours a week.
