Serenity Hospice is looking for volunteers in Marion, Polk, Benton and Linn counties to serve patients and families of the terminally ill. Working as a hospice volunteer is similar to helping a family in need. The only qualification required is your desire to help those in your community. You don't need any medical skills, you don't even need to know what to say. No experience is necessary and all training will be provided.
Volunteer your time and talent as a companion for a patient, as an end of life vigil support, office assistant, veteran companion and more. Our volunteers do a variety of tasks and there is something for everyone! There are even helpful projects you can do from the comfort of your own home.
To learn more, please contact Rock Riggs at rriggs@addus.com and (503) 991-5228, or visit our website https://serenityhospice.org/volunteer/ for more information.

We are privileged to provide end-of-life care and are dedicated to doing "Whatever It takes, when it matters most." We are rigorous in the ongoing evaluation of our performance and work to improve our process and results every day. We are committed to acting with integrity and having a positive impact on everyone with whom we come in contact. Using a holistic approach, Serenity Palliative Care and Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients (and their families) experiencing end-of-life transition.
