We are looking for adult volunteers to conduct mock interviews for teenagers during the Growing Grads Summer Job Launch! Volunteers would practice interviewing from approximately 12:15 pm-4:30pm. The Summer Job Launch is an all-day workshop to provide young people with resume building and interviewing skills as they prepare to apply for summer jobs.

The Office of Youth Services was created when the City Council and key staff created a steering committee to address the growing needs of Brighton’s children, youth and families in 2004. Completed in 2007, Master Plan on Youth, Education, and Families, City Council made a commitment to increase its focus, efforts, and resources on ensuring that the necessary services, supports, and opportunities are available to every child, young person, and family living in Brighton.
Description
The Youth Services office plays an integral role in researching and developing programs for youth in Brighton, including, but not limited to, The City of Brighton Image Summit, The Growing Grads Initiatives, the Brighton Youth Commission and Brighton Youth IMPACT.
