Are you a writer? Storyteller? Hear patient stories and help them capture their memories by writing them down for a lasting legacy to give to their friends and family. Use your amazing writing skills to help someone at end-of-life see their life in print.
Must pass a background check, complete orientation and mentoring.

Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care is a community based hospice care organization dedicated to hospice care and focused on meeting or exceeding our patients’ individual medical, emotional and spiritual needs, while making each remaining moment as meaningful as possible.
