Hospice patients all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area need YOU!
The stress of caring for a loved one at home can at times be overwhelming. As a Caregiver Relief volunteer you can help ease some of that overwhelm by sitting with the patient while the caregiver goes grocery shopping, runs errands, attends support groups or other activities.
This is a very rewarding opportunity to support the patient and their family at this juncture of their life journey.
Requirements; Assignments vary based on the needs of the patient/family...we will only match you with patients whose needs align with the schedule and geographical location parameters you establish.
Orientation & Training provided at no charge to the volunteer.
