Mission Statement
Passport for Paws is a 501(c)3 volunteer-based transport rescue committed to saving cats and dogs at high risk of euthanasia from local Texas shelters.
Description
Texas shelters & rescues can’t keep up with the animal overpopulation. Passport for Paws helps alleviate the burden by fostering and transporting animals to our rescue partners in areas of the US where animal overpopulation is not an issue. In most cases, our animals are adopted prior to arriving onsite. In 2017 and 2018 combined, we saved over 1500 animals.
We do not do local adoptions so that we can focus on saving as many at risk animals as possible. We rely on the support of the community and our business partners to save Texas animals
