Mission Statement

Our mission is to have a significant impact on our community by bringing people together from all walks of life to help their neighbors realize better lives by providing affordable housing in St. Mary's and Calvert Counties. Volunteers are always welcome in many areas, including construction and repairs at a home site or our retail site ReStore, helping with Veterans Critical Home Repair, calling sponsors or organizations we would like to work with, planning events, working on web site content, and a myriad of other options to help. We guarantee we have a place you can help out!

Description

Our mission is to provide affordable housing, and to do so, we have our ReStore which receives donated items resells them to the general public at a discounted price. All monies collected goes towards helping the affiliate provide affordable housing in Calvert and St. Mary's Counties. We conduct home repairs for seniors and veterans when they have a critical need. We also offer several events throughout the year for our community, from bird house building to golf tournaments and dances. We always need event hosts and planners! Everything we do supports the building of houses!
