Hospice is a philosophy of providing care and support to those with a life limiting illness as well as to their families and caregivers.
Are you a retiree who can spare a few hours a week? Are you looking for a way to pay it forward? Are you a college student who needs credits? Then this opportunity is for you!
Volunteer opportunities may include, chatting/reminiscing with patients, providing respite care for family caregivers, or simply being a supportive presence. This is your chance to make a positive impact on someone's life. Training is provided.
There are no set hours, times are subject to your schedule. If interested, please contact Personal Home Health and Hospice at: 570-342-3314, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and see what a difference you can make!
We serve Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, and Susquehanna counties.

At Personal Home Healthcare and Hospice, we strive to provide the best quality of life, incorporating symptom management to reduce pain and discomfort, while limiting treatments that add stress and suffering. This is the goal to which our entire staff is dedicated.
Our caring Hospice professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
