Guardianship Monitoring Program Volunteers are appointed and trained to assist the courts to examine documents contained in guardianship files and enter information about the guardianships into the Guardianship Monitoring System (GMS). Volunteers also help obtain current information about incapacitated person and their guardians and update GMS Records
