POSITION SUMMARY: Seeking a reliable, south Dayton, Christian volunteer to provide general support to the executive director and perhaps other strategic project leaders. Ideally, the candidate would be available daily on weekdays, able to serve in person at times and help with occasional errands. This is a virtual, flexible position with full payment potential for the right person and fit. It could be great for a stay at home parent or retiree who could use some extra money, while serving a growing mission to help more people in need.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be proficient in the English language, including reading and writing. Candidate(s) must be flexible, have good organization skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps is required. There is no need to answer phones, but phone skills and appointment-setting are appreciated.
PREFERRED:
- Past administrative experience supporting leadership
- Knowledge or experience about mental health, addiction, and/or faith programs, including nonprofits or churches
DUTIES: Assist the MA founder with miscellaneous tasks, such as:
- Scheduling/confirming meetings, managing calendars
- Ordering supplies
- Collating, mailing and shipping materials
- Converting training materials into PDF format and maintaining updates
- Light research and data entry
- Occasional errand services in the South Dayton area would be a plus
- Other possibilities could include onboarding assistance, grant assistance, business analysis and reporting, working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps and more.

Mission Addiction was founded by a business consultant and faith leader in January, 2017.
