The All Stars Project of New Jersey is celebrating 20 years of growing and building communities in Newark! Our mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities, using the developmental power of performance.
The All Stars Project of New Jersey has three core programs and one of them is the All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN)! Through the Talent Show Network young people ages 5 to 25 are provided the opportunity to produce and perform in community talent shows in their neighborhoods.
We are currently looking for volunteers to support street and community outreach when we go out into the community and invite everyone to our auditions. Talented Volunteers support the production of the auditions and the Talent Show throughout both the Spring and Summer/Fall cycles for a minimum of 4 hours per week (flexible days).
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing opportunities for growth and personal development for our inner-city youth.

Mission Statement
The All Stars Project, Inc. (ASP) is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting human development through the use of an innovative performance-based model. The ASP creates outside of school, educational and performing arts activities for thousands of poor and under served young people. Description
The All Stars Project of New Jersey was launched in 1999 in Newark and now reaches more than 5,000 young people every year through two core programs: the All Stars Talent Show Network and the Development School for Youth. In march 2020, the All Stars established a number of virtual programs to support continued engagement event throughout the pandemic. We are excited to move back into in-person programming in 2023 and revamp volunteerism in our work.
We are excited to be in our new home in downtown Newark at the Gateway Center and continue to build bridges between Corporate America and the Newark Community at large.
