We are in need of experienced Grant Writers with a successful track record of writing and receiving Government & Foundation funding. You will play a crucial role in securing funding to support our programs and initiatives.
We are a 501(c)3, non-profit whose mission is to teach, support, and empower women and girls globally to find their VOICE.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Write clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals that align with funder requirements.
- Work with internal teams to gather necessary information and support for grant applications.
- Ensure all proposals comply with funder guidelines and organization policies.
- Organize and maintain records of all grant-related documents and correspondences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a grant writer, with a track record of successful grant submissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify potential funding opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with nonprofit financials and budget creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with donor databases is an advantage.

Our service delivery model is executed through three programs:
- CWI: College Women Initiative (1st Generation College Women, ages 17-22)
- GEZ: Girls Empowerment Zone (ages 7-17)
- WEW: Women’s Empowerment Work (ageless)
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact. Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the organization based on their skills and interests, and to be part of a supportive, dynamic community.
