The Momentum Center is a social and recreation program for individuals with mental illnesses, disabilities or addictions. The volunteer would provide assistance to members during programming (cooking classes, yoga, exercise, social time, crafts, etc.). The volunteer may also provide assistance during outings in the community (out to lunch, bowling, parks, zoo, etc.).

We believe that as human beings we can all do a better job extending grace to each other and to our selves. We provide opportunities to do so by forming collaborative relationships and offering programs and events to nurture, educate and inspire individuals so that together we can address issues of social justice and human rights.
