ORGANIZATION: Natural History Museum of Utah

Community Outreach Photography Volunteers will attend Community Outreach and Traveling Treasures events as assigned to photograph NHMU booth and interactions with Utah community members. Volunteers will communicate with the Community Outreach Coordinator to obtain appropriate photo content for use by the Museum. Any content created by the volunteer will be property of the Museum and will be used for both internal and external promotion. The volunteer will be given credit for their work while working for the Museum in any capacity. The volunteer will also go through any necessary steps to obtain legal permission to use any subjects’ likeness in Museum publications. Training will be provided on various activities for the events along with basic information about the Museum. Volunteers are expected to be able and willing to interact with the public, including people of diverse ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities sexual orientations, socioeconomic situations, religions, abilities and family configurations. All events will provide transportation if needed.
