As a Money Management volunteer, you'll help an older adult manage their household finances. Help them set up a budget, pay their bills, balancing checkbooks, sorting bills, etc. Program requirements include four hours of initial training plus agency required one-time or annual training. Money Management is an ongoing volunteer position generally needing between two - four flexible hours per monthly. Driving to clients' homes and ongoing quarterly meetings are required. All volunteers are bonded and insured.
We currently have a waiting list of over 20 people! We'd love to have you on our team helping keep people in their homes as they grow older.

At LifePath, we listen first, and then help each person find the best options for their unique needs. We help elders and persons with disabilities maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes and communities. We help busy caregivers to find relief and help loved ones to choose the right path.As we have been for close to 50 years, as a private, nonprofit corporation, LifePath offers options for independence. LifePath is a designated Area Agency on Aging, and Aging Services Access Point, serves all of Franklin County and Athol, Petersham, Royalston and Phillipston, Massachusetts. Some of our programs are available in Hampden, Hampshire, and Berkshire counties.
