Every TuesdayVolunteer Drivers are needed to deliver bags of groceries to seniors. We need individuals to assist with picking up the bags of food, loading them into your vehicle, unloading them and delivering to the seniors at their homes. This is a weekly opportunity. Must have a good driving record and must clear a background check.
Every Friday Volunteer Drivers are needed from September thru June volunteers deliver bags of groceries to elementary age children at local Torrance and Lomita schools. volunteers are needed to pick up the bags of food, load into your vehicle, and then unload and deliver to a local school. This is a weekly opportunity. Must have a good driving record and must clear a background check.

Description
Community's Child is a nondenominational Christian program committed to providing homeless women with infants healthy alternatives to abuse, poverty, addictions, and hopelessness. The program offers homeless women and their infants a safe, compassionate, yet structured living environments. At Community's Child, women acquire the education, skills training, employment opportunities and support services, necessary to break the patterns associated with homelessness.
