The Carrboro Recreation and Parks Department is seeking volunteers to help at our annual Halloween Carnival. Assist staff with carnival games such as duck pond, cookie walk, ring toss, football throw for children. Description
The Carrboro Recreation, Parks, & Cultural Resources Department strives to offer something for everyone no matter age or interest. A wide variety of programs and events are offered year round. Whether you are a toddler, a youth, a teenager, an athlete, a traveler, an adult, or a senior, the Department has a palette of programs available. Year round athletic leagues for youth and adults are available, like youth baseball and basketball, adult softball and ultimate Frisbee just to name a few. Adults can take a day trip, enjoy a hike, or participate in dance, zumba, yoga or nia. For youth, there are an endless amount of summer camps and year round activities like toddler playtime, young gymnast, dancing and art programs.
