Design a 12-Page eBook about one man's victory over homelessness

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: BABYSTEPS MINISTRY

Andre used to be an alcoholic, drug-addicted homeless man. But then he met someone from our ministry and his life was forever changed.

We have a 12-page eBook detailing his story from what caused his life on the streets and how he got out. Our hope is to share his story so we can gain donors that will enable us to help more people like Andre.

Do you have design skills? We want to make this eBook beautiful with design elements that are more exciting than "left-aligned photos" throughout. We'll also need a Book Cover designed as well.

Hopefully you have experience with designing & formatting eBooks because we don't. We'll need your help determining the best method of delivery if you're able to advise on that.

Deliverables:

  • Book Cover
  • Beautifully designed/formatted eBook
  • Provide editable files as well as [at least] a PDF formatted (ready for delivery to readers) book

We hope to have the book complete by August 9th (sooner if possible). We are still working on gathering pictures and completing the final edits, but we should have all of that soon.

Please let me know if you're interested in helping with this. I'd like to see at least one example of something you've designed, preferably an eBook or a document with photos.

About BABYSTEPS MINISTRY

Location:

Mission Statement

Motivated by the love of Jesus, Babysteps Ministry seeks to empower the homeless to take small steps toward lasting life change through relational discipleship.

Description

Babysteps uses a relational approach to solve homelessness. Our first step is not usually to meet physical needs. It’s to be friends. To understand. To just be. Homeless men and women are people, just like you. Isolation and feeling ignored are two of the worst things for anyone to experience. They crush the spirit. Demoralize the soul. Harden the heart. And homeless people live with them every day. This is their single greatest need, and no amount of free food will meet it.
