We are seeking a Volunteer SEO Specialist to help us expand our online presence and enhance our impact through improved visibility on search engines.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your technical skills for a meaningful cause while gaining experience in the nonprofit sector.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic terms that align with our mission and target audience.
- Optimize website content to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure blog posts, articles, and other resources are SEO-friendly.
- Update and optimize existing content to reflect current SEO guidelines and ensure it is targeting the right keywords.
- Perform regular website audits to identify and fix any technical SEO issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Our service delivery model is executed through three programs:
- CWI: College Women Initiative (1st Generation College Women, ages 17-22)
- GEZ: Girls Empowerment Zone (ages 7-17)
- WEW: Women’s Empowerment Work (ageless)
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact. Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the organization based on their skills and interests, and to be part of a supportive, dynamic community.
