Are you a veteran looking for a way to help other Veterans? We are a hospice company that specialized on keeping people comfortable at end of life. We have several veterans on service with us and would love to be able to connect them with other Veterans to share stories and experiences!

In order to become a volunteer of Heart to Heart Hospice, the following steps are required:
Application
Interview- a short interview must be completed to discuss your interest and availability. This can be completed in person or via telephone.
Background check
TB Screening- A TB screening is required upon "hire" along with one TB test annually.
Orientation Training- a short training must be completed prior to beginning this volunteer opportunity.
