CAAWS is run solely by unpaid volunteers and is governed by a Board of Directors. If you interact well with animals and people and have a few hours once a month to help find some kitties a home, then this is the job for you. As a Cat Adoption Day Volunteer you would help us do just that. Adoption days are every Saturday from 11:00 am to 3 pm at the CAAWS Building (6357 Quinn Dr.) You may stay for any portion of that time. We ask for you to help out at least once a month. We need help caring for the animals, greeting the public, helping the adoption councilors, answering questions (after training), and counseling adoptions (after advanced training.) This opportunity is acceptable for community service hours.
PLEASE include a phone number AND e-mail address where we can reach you. If you would like to find out more about our organization please visit our website at www.caaws.org .
