The Real Wings, Inc. is a dynamic nonprofit organization based in the city of Baltimore, MD, dedicated to empowering girls aged 10-15 through etiquette and life skills. In addition to mentoring girls, we also support boys through The G Boys Club ages 8-16. Our programs are designed to help youth build self-confidence, self-control, and self-love while developing essential skills such as coping strategies, financial literacy, healthy habits, and spiritual awareness.

For girls, we teach the values of becoming young ladies, while the boys focus on developing strong, manly character. Our mission is to help every participant discover their inner strength and recognize their outer worth.

We Are Seeking Committed Board Members

We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our board and help guide our organization toward greater impact. We are a volunteer, working board. You will have the opportunity to govern the mission, bylaws, and policies that impact the lives of young people in our community. This is a meaningful opportunity to apply your professional skills in marketing, grant writing, budgeting, fundraising, and social networking and help us take Real Wings to new heights.

As a board member, you will be expected to:

• Advocate for our mission by raising awareness in the community.
• Help guide organizational decisions that align with our mission and values.
• Participate in fundraising efforts and donate your time, talents, or resources to ensure our programs reach as many youths as possible.
