This is one of our most important roles. Of course, all of our roles are important and we need all of them in order to run efficiently and effectively, but the FC role is really the cornerstone of what we do for a couple of reasons.
1. The foster coordinator is the "face" of ARR for every foster family we work with. They represent us in every interaction they have with the people who are gracious enough to save the lives of the dogs we bring in.
2. The FC builds and maintains relationships with our foster families so that they will want to continue to foster for us.
