Cherishing the divine within all!

The Therapeutic Mentoring Program is recruiting mentors in Baltimore County. We are a one-to-one, strength-based mentoring service for youth receiving treatment for emotional disabilities. Founded in 1998, the program matches youth, ages 9 to 17 with adult mentors. Orientation and training provided by our professional volunteer team and clinical staff. Currently, the program model is in-person mentoring, but may occasionally return to virtual mentoring during COVID outbreaks.

Mentors become a special visitor, a positive role model and a consistent person in a child's life. Children learn that a healthy relationship includes trust and responsibility. We have seen this serious and personal commitment by an adult change a child's life.

Please contact Lauren Porter at lporter@cc-md.org for more information or call the Mentor Office at 667.600.3054 . Thank you.
