ORGANIZATION: PCPA/Pacific Conservatory Theatre

PCPA Volunteer Ushers contribute to the success of Pacific Conservatory Theatre by scanning tickets, answering patron questions, guiding patrons to their seats, and assisting the House Manager. Most shifts are 3.5 hours in duration and are scheduled based upon the volunteer's availability. Volunteers receive the benefit of earning credits toward PCPA tickets and also enjoy observing performances during their shift. Individual training is provided.

Description

For more than 50 years PCPA/Pacific Conservatory Theatre has presented exemplary theatre and provided excellent training with a resident company of theatre professionals. Begun in the summer of 1964, founder Donovan Marley laid the ground work for a year-round professional theatre company. PCPA remains the only resident professional company on the Central Coast producing consistent quality entertainment for the community while training thousands of actors and theatre technicians for a career in theatre.
