We are extremely grateful for our golf course volunteers who enhance our superior service for patrons from a variety of communities. Oakland County Parks Golf Courses are all unique and offer something for all ages, abilities and skill levels. Golf volunteers can golf for free at the course where they serve.
Oakland County Golf Courses with open volunteer positions are located in the following communities:
Lyon Oaks → Wixom
Red Oaks → Madison Heights
Springfield Oaks → Davisburg
White Lake Oaks → White Lake
This is a seasonal position, typically serving one shift each week. Depending on golf course needs, your duties might include:
- Staging, cleaning and storing golf carts
- Performing ranger or starter roles to maintain pace of play
- Other duties as needed
