We need volunteers to support families at our visitation center located in Peoria. Our center offers safe and inviting rooms for supervised visitations to take place. Children that are in the foster care system in Maricopa County meet with their biological siblings, relatives and parents. The comfortable and neutral environment AFC provides is the catalyst for the reunification of these families. Volunteer will facilitate the orchestration of visits at this center. These visits may be the last memories the children have with their families and we strive to ensure they are fond ones!

Arizonans for Children, Inc. facilitates opportunities and provides effective solutions to improve and stabilize the fragile lives of abused, neglected and abandoned children in child protective custody in Arizona.
Description
Arizonans for Children runs three visitation centers where foster children can have supervised visits with their biological families. We also hold monthly special events for the children in DCS custody. We have many programs, including a Life Book program for foster children.
