Welcome Ambassador Volunteers, serving as a team with Customer Service, are the patient and visitors' first point of contact when they enter the healthcare facility. Welcome Ambassadors are stationed at the main entrance to greet to escort patient and family members to their destination within the outpatient building. Volunteers will form valuable connections with patients and family members through empathetic conversations while assisting them to their visits
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school.
This opportunity is available WEEKDAYS from 9am to 5pm.

Volunteers must be able to serve at least one 4-hour shift, same day and time each week, for at least six consecutive months. We are unable to accept short-term volunteers. Volunteers complete a screening process including:
- online application
- in-person interview
- health screening
- background check
- orientation and training
