The Fulton Arts Foundation is currently accepting applications from college students and post-graduate students for internships. This internship provides students with hands-on knowledge of producing plays for the stage.
We are seeking administrative interns to assist with a long list of administrative duties including, but not limited to scheduling, attending production meetings, helping to organize and catalogue our supporters’ information as well as cataloguing promotional material, organizing, tagging and storing props and costumes and logging donations and expenses. When we have performances, interns will be asked to help cover the front desk or theater entrance, acting as house manager or assistant to the house manager. We will also need assistance with preparing for and implementing auditions, taking notes at rehearsals and meetings.
The main office is at 398 Hancock Street although a bulk of activities will take place at various rehearsal and/or meeting places depending on the current production activity.
Hours are flexible and based on actual scheduled activities. Interns are expected to put in at least 10-15 hours per week.
