The Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation is housed in the Davis-Horton House, a historic home built in 1850. We offer self-guided tours of the house where guests follow a brochure that gives the history of the house and the descriptions for each room. The full self-guided tour brochure is a double-sided page. We would like to have it translated into other languages for our international tourists! If you are fluent in another language and have a few hours to volunteer, we would love to have you translate our brochure!

The Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation is the "curator" of the Gaslamp Quarter--a 16 block district listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Through its operation of the Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House, the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation has promoted the educational, historical, and cultural development of the historic Gaslamp Quarter for over 25 years.
