Providing a life of success through a foundation of literacy...ONE child at a time.

Tutor one child, two hours a week and make a difference in their life. No prior teaching or tutoring experience is required. Training is provided in person or online in the highly effective Peak Reader curricula. A trained site coordinator is always available during the tutoring sessions. The times and dates depend on the site chosen. Tutoring takes place in the afternoon and evening at most locations. Description

Through teacher or parent referral, and with the help of volunteer tutors, Children's Literacy Center provides FREE one-to-one tutoring for children, first through sixth grade, whose reading skills are below grade level.
