Interview Neighbors Requesting Assistance

Gather information from neighbors about why they are reaching out for assistance, their financial crisis, and household income/expenses to help us make an informed decision about providing assistance. The interviewer should be respectful, compassionate, understanding of the client needs. Interviews are happening over the phone or in-person.
TRAINING
On the job training is provided using shadowing and one on one training by an experienced volunteers, and staff members. The supervisor will also provide on-going training. Periodic training classes will be offered as needed.
TIME COMMITMENT
One shift per week, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. - Noon or 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
