To receive assistance from the annual Christmas Toy Shop, families pre-register by signing up online. Volunteers are needed to help with answering questions, checking registrations in the database using a laptop, and assisting with general troubleshooting with the guidance of The Salvation Army staff. You may also be assisting to make outgoing volunteer reminder phone calls. 1-2 volunteers are needed to help with phones for each shift.
When: December 16 - December 20, Monday - Friday
Times: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Where: The Salvation Army Northern Division Headquarters, 2445 Prior Ave. N., Roseville

Description
The Salvation Army offers social services and recreational programs with the goal of addressing specific physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each family, individual, child/youth, or elderly person. Services provided include, but not limited to: emergency food shelves, school supply programs, rental/utility assistance, educational programs, outreach to the homeless, family and youth camping, community center programs, Christmas assistance programs, nursing home visitations, corrections programs, and disaster services.
