The Excelsior Community Food Pantry (ECFP) distributes free groceries to families in need every Saturday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. Please come join us! If you have a group of ~7 or more people, please email us at foodpantry@missionbaycc.org to arrange a date. If you're coming alone or with a smaller group, please feel free to just show up.

We are located in the parking lot at San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL) / Jewish Home & Rehab Center (Silver and Mission). If you drive, please park on the street as SFCJL does not have enough room in their parking lots to accommodate our volunteers. We operate completely outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.

Please note that SFCJL is home to many older and/or medically fragile individuals so, for the time being, we are required to mask if we need to go indoors to use the restroom.

All are welcome, so invite your family and friends. For students requiring a record of community service, please be sure to bring a paper form and have it signed by the day's Captain each and every time you volunteer. Children of all ages (supervised by their accompanying adults) are welcome too!

Thank you for your support! Please feel free to email us at foodpantry@missionbaycc.org with any questions. You can also check out our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ECFoodPantry/

Description

The Excelsior Community Food Pantry is a partnership of the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (AKA Jewish Home San Francisco) and Mission Bay Community Church, in collaboration with the San Francisco - Marin Food Bank and the Excelsior community.

We distribute free groceries to Excelsior neighborhood families every Saturday, rain or shine. The timeframe for set-up, food distribution, and clean-up is 10 AM - 1 PM. Please join us any Saturday in the parking lot at Jewish Home San Francisco. Advance sign-ups are not required unless you are bringing a group of 7 or more people. If you drive, please park on the street as there is not enough parking in the Jewish Home lots to accommodate our volunteers. If you have any questions and/or want to schedule a date for a group, please feel free to email us at foodpantry@missionbaycc.org.
