Would you like to share your career journey with young people? Join CCS DC's Girls on the Rise Empowerment Program as a speaker/workshop leader. We are inviting local career women to speak to our program participants, girls ages 7-18, about their current career and their path to get there. Speakers share a description of their current job, required training and education, challenges, and lessons learned. We want to introduce our girls to a variety of careers and career paths. Sessions take place on Thursday evenings 4:30-5:30 from September to June. Contact Nadia at nturner@christchilddc.org for more information.
