About our Organization: Centro Cultural Guanin, Inc., is Dominican non-profit charitable organization, through decree No. 384-02, RNC. (430-026794) and is is registered in the USA, # (46-1719252), Certificate or Incorporation , Colegio Bilingue Dra. Lynne Guitar is located in La Piedra, Dominican Republic, was created in order to help young people to discover, to develop, and to achieve their full potential as adults, citizens, and leaders.
Our Programs: We assist the community through programs such as education, sports programs, cultural programs, health and medical assistance programs, medical clinics, a women’s club, community development, literacy programs for youth and adults, after school programs, food programs, medical donations, tourism activities, donations, and shuttle bus services. Our Vision: Our dream is to expand our country by providing our youth with opportunities in a safe and friendly environment that they otherwise would not have had.
This is a year-long school program. Day-Care Information: August to December, from 8:00am - 4:00pm. January to Jun from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Daycare, kids from 0 to 1 year and 11 months. pre-school from 2 years old to 10 years, Teaching basic elementary education Teaching Requirements: No teaching degree required Fluency in English, Spanish and/or French Must be open to new experiences Must have a love for children Benefits:
Transportation between Santo Domingo Airport & La Piedra. The volunteer will have Free room & board and Learn about a new culture Participation & athletic activities Bonding with children & families.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Center Cultural Guanin, Inc. in the Dominican Republic is to provide a safe, supportive place where children, youth and every body can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.
Today, Center Cultural Guanin, Inc. is a leading provider of quality programs to children and youth that support the healthy physical, educational, and social development of more than 1500 young people and their families each year.
We are an association of over 20 clubs located in 12 communities service locations across Dominican Republic. Clubs are in neighborhoods where they are most needed; in large city centers, remote rural communities and on the border between Dominican Republic and Republic of Haiti. In each club location, trained, dedicated staff and volunteers provide children and youth, ranging in age from preschool to young adulthood, with programs in physical recreation, technology, the arts, personal growth and more. Many clubs also provide meals, family support programs, emergency shelter and other supports to children and youth at risk.
Description
Our children are the future and nothing is more important than ensuring their safety and wellbeing. The Center Cultural Guanin, Inc., is looking out for the children of our community and we want to be able to offer our people and general a facility that our community can be proud of. We offer programs for ages in the different programs We assist the community through programs such as Education, Sports, Cultural, Tourism Activities, Donation, Shuttle Bus service for special occasions like New Years Eve parties, and bouncing castle rentals for Birthday parties. Our dream is to expand the Country keep our Children, Youth an Adult serve, from the all kind necessity. Help our people to grow up healthy and strong and never have to turn a child away due to space constraints. In order to fulfill the needs of our children and community we need a larger building for our home.
