First-time callers often say, "I am so glad I found you." WCAAA also administers programs such as: * Alzheimer Respite Care * National Family Caregiver Support * Money Follows the Person * Live Well * Congregate Housing Service * Veteran’s Program * Resident Service Coordination Project As a Connecticut state contractor, we manage the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders in Waterbury. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, person-centered services to maintain independence and quality of life for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities.
