The On It Foundation is a National organization 'Bridging the Digital Divide' by providing free computers and STEM/STEAM events to low-income families with students that receive a free or reduce school, attend a public/home school and reside within the United States.
With the current need of laptops for many students that still use their cell phones to complete homework assignments, our recipient request continues to increase even in 2024 and after 25 years of service.
The On It Foundation is seeking assistance in creating fund development activities, build strategic partners for sponsorship, grant research and grant writing for our 2024-2025 funding year. Approved in SAM.gov, we are also seeking assistance on RFP/RFI response to government solicitations and current Letter of Interest (LOI). The following list our Funding Interest but not limited to:
1.) K-12 Students - Youth, under-served and high risk K-12, students receiving free or reduced school lunch, public and home school students
2.) STEM/STEAM, Education, Technology, Enterprising Technology Developments
3.) Youth Workforce Initiatives - Youth, under-served communities, low-income families
4.) Collaboration / Capacity building partners - Veterans, Seniors, Mentor Programs, Volunteer and Employee Engagement Programs
5.) GREEN - Refurbish, free computer distribution, EPA recycling program, energy saving programs
6.) Social Enterprise - Strategic alliances, venture capital, public policy, global engagement partnership with for-profit company - America's Workforce Solution, LLC (www.AmericasWorkforceSolution.com) to provide workforce solutions and STEM career/education opportunities.
7.) Housing / Homelessness - Youth, Families, Resident Services for low-income multi-housing units, HUD.
8.) Veteran and Disability - Partnerships for family services to assist in workforce, technology (i.e. computers, skill sets etc.), job and career transitional services.
9.) Sponsorship Impact for our current 2024-2025 National community events.
10.) Social Services - We have implemented a website to assist our recipients and their families with free resources for jobs, housing, food, mental wellness etc. provided within their zip code. https://www.getonitnow.org/

The On It Foundation is a National 501(c)(3) public charity non-profit whose Mission provides free donated computers, 22nd Century Skill Set and STEM/STEAM education to low-income families with students in grades K-12 that receive a free or reduced school lunch, attend a public/home school and reside within the United States. All programs and services to our recipients and their families are at free.
Description
The On It Foundation provides free technological tools (PC's and laptops) and 22nd Century Curriculum to include STEM Programs and career assessments, job readiness training (for students and their parents), as well as collaborative courses to include Physical Education, Nutrition, Self Empowerment, Leadership, Financial Literacy, Net-Etiquette, Character Development and Social Life Skill Sets and Transition.
The On It Foundation provides assistance to, and partners with LEA and organizations that have Workforce Initiatives, Provide Resident Services and Computer Training to Residents in Multi-Family and Public Housing Units, Youth-At-Risk Programs, and Parent/Student computer training partnerships.
Our Youth Employment Program (YEP) provides students job skill requirements, employment opportunities and creates sustainability projects for the organization by providing technical and marketing services to small businesses.
The On It Foundation provides advanced technological expertise in building entrepreneurship and exploring careers in areas of: 3D-Video/Multi-Media/Film Production/Animation/Gaming; Radio/Music/CD Production, Robotics & Software/Apps Development. In addition, we provide our recipients in this program industry mentors, and strategic marketing for launching their entrepreneurial projects while at the same time, teaching students the values of business ownership.
