Looking for a way to make a real difference in someone's life? Become a volunteer driver with JET Express and give aging seniors the gift of mobility and independence.
As a volunteer driver, you help seniors get to where they need to go: medical appointments, grocery stores, banks - some even need rides to their own volunteer opportunities! Volunteer drivers play a huge part in not only keeping seniors safe, but helping them stay active and connected to the community.
You only give rides when you are available. We use an easy online self-scheduling system that allows you to choose when, where, and even who you drive. Our service area includes Johnson and South Jackson County, and most rides average less than 10 miles!
You can make a life-changing difference for seniors who want to live independently. To get more information about this great opportunity, please contact our Volunteer Team at volunteer@jfskc.org or 913-730-1410 or fill out the online application at https://www.ejobapp-validityscreening.com/applicant/applicants/companies/28428/sign_up?applicant_resource_name=applicant_applicant
