The Help Desk is an In-person-only volunteering opportunity.
Answering phone, routing incoming calls, including fulfilling phone inquiries for information & referral requests to WCRC or community partner resources + any needed follow-up. On-site training provided.
General office assistance (filing, mailings, computer & internet work, and organizational tasks)
Reliability, punctuality and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position. Must have time for at least one of the shifts as listed.
