By mentoring a child, you defend their potential. You inspire and empower them to believe in themselves and achieve their biggest possible futures.
For School-Based Mentoring, Bigs visit their Littles once a week at school for 30-60 minutes. They can play games, do homework or read together. Bigs must be high school age (15 years old or older to do this program. A year commitment is required to be a School-Based Big.
School-Based Plus is an extension of our School-Based Mentoring Program, giving matches the opportunity to meet once a month outside of the school setting. For this option, the Big must be 18 years or older, and the match must be together for three months or longer. A year commitment is required to be a School-Based Plus Big.

- Orientation or Training
- 30-60 minutes per week for a minimum of 12 months
- Volunteers must be 15 years old or older, and complete a questionnaire, orientation and interview. We conduct background checks on each of our mentors to ensure the safety of the child.
