Every day people in the Twin Cities suffer due to hunger and food insecurity - but you can help! Become a part of the effort to make sure that a nutritious meal is available for any of our neighbors who need one. Help end hunger in your community by becoming a Loaves & Fishes volunteer!
We invite you to join us at our Loave & Fishes Peace House Community Meal Site to prep & serve meals to our guests. This volunteer opportunity required no previous kitchen experience as our Site Coordinators are on-site to guide the shifts. Volunteer by yourself or with a couple friends or family members.

Description
Loaves & Fishes is a nonprofit organization serving free, healthy meals to Minnesotans where the need is greatest. We serve urban, suburban, and rural communities through a variety of meal programs supported by creative food sourcing and food rescue efforts. Our meal program began in 1982, with one dining site each in Minneapolis and St. Paul. We now serve 133 outlets in 12 counties. Loaves & Fishes Minnesota is not a religious organization. We serve without regard to religious perspective and do not engage in activities that promote any particular religious cause.
