Youth Worker must assist in the implementation of teaching plans. Support the Youth Leadership & Development team in implementing AWOFINC objectives. Participate in the introduction of and teaching of developmental skills, including the Teen Talk Roundtable, Scholastic Endowment Quest, Mentoring Program, comprehension, athletics, performing arts & music, etc. Monitor a specified number of students during training sessions. Responsible for group member safety, health and welfare while attending AWOFINC and/or partners activities.

This is not remote/virtual position the preferred candidate will live/work in the Chicagoland area.

For over two decades AWOFINC has addressed the critical educational, financial, and social needs of the families in Illinois.
