The Response Line Team Leader

  • Monitors daily operations of the RL Team to ensure all messages and emails are addressed in a timely manner and directed to the appropriate teams and ensure that important information is logged accurately.
  • Prepares and presents monthly reports to the Board, summarizing the types of inquiries received, response statistics, and any critical follow-up needed. Identify trends in inquiries and recommend improvements to response processes
  • Acts as a point of contact for daily RL team members, providing support guidance, and training, as needed.
  • Assesses and enhances RL processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Works with the Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and train new daily responders as needed.

Description

PAWS is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue and foster network, founded in Wakefield, MA, in 1982 by the late Esther Nowell. PAWS grew out of Wakefield’s Canine Control Committee and now responds to various animal-related needs, focusing on the needs of felines in the Greater Boston area-especially north and northwest of Boston.
